Who we are

About Us

Lishe kwa Ufanisi is a community-based school feeding program founded in 2021, operating across three public primary schools in Homa Bay County, Kenya. The program is built on a distributed model of shared responsibility: parents contribute cereals, learners provide firewood, and Lishe kwa Ufanisi covers cooks’ salaries - keeping the initiative sustainable and rooted in community ownership.
